My team retypes the same sentences every single day
Greetings, the question about location, the explanation of a package. Every support team has a handful of sentences they retype dozens of times a week. At one of our customers, a single greeting was typed 113 times in two weeks by the same person.
WACO counts them from your own outgoing messages and offers them back on the dashboard Home page: a card called Stop retyping the same reply with the three lines you repeat most, including how often.
Using it
- Open Home in the dashboard. If you really do repeat something, the card appears by itself. If you do not, it never shows up.
- Click Save as quick reply on the line you want.
- WACO gives it a short code, for example
thanks-for-reaching-out, and shows it on screen. - In the conversation view, type
/followed by the code in the reply box. The text fills in, ready to edit and send.
Not interested in a suggestion? Click Dismiss and it will not be offered again.
Managing quick replies
Every quick reply, whether saved from this card or created by you, lives in the conversation view under Settings → Canned Responses, where the text can be edited, the code renamed, or the whole thing deleted.
Do not confuse them with WACO commands such as /bayar, /menu or
/teruskan, which are typed in a private note. A quick reply fills your reply
box; a WACO command sends something to the customer.
When the team is bigger
Quick replies apply to the whole account, so saving one makes it available to every agent. It is the cheapest way to make answers consistent: the best sentence from your best agent becomes the standard for everyone, with no extra training.
If you use the AI Operator, lines like these are even better turned into bot knowledge so they are answered without waiting for a human.
