I want to run ads, but I do not know which areas to target
Your existing customers are the best clue to finding the next ones. If 70% of your patients, students, or buyers come from three districts, your next ads belong there — not across a whole city. The Contacts › Ad targeting menu works that out for you from the addresses you already collect.
Where the addresses come from
- Reservation forms. If your form has an "Address:" or "Domicile:" line, the AI picks it up together with name, date, and number — see the form guide. Past reservations are pulled in when you turn the feature on.
- Spreadsheet import. A column named
address, alamat, ordomisiliis recognized automatically when importing in Contacts. - Manual entry. The "Add a single contact" form and the Area column in the Contacts table have an address box.
Addresses can be written freely — "Griya Asri, Tanimulya, Ngamprah, KBB" is enough. The AI tidies it into village, district, city/regency, and province.
Turning it on
- Open Contacts › Ad targeting and press Turn on.
- WACO pulls in the addresses you already have and maps them in the background. New addresses are mapped automatically within about 10 minutes; press Process now if you cannot wait.
Reading the ranking
Two tables: City / regency and District, each with contact counts and percentages. Click a city to see only its districts. Filter by Period (contacts added in the last 30/90/365 days) and, if you use branches in Reservations, by Branch — so you can see which branch draws customers from which area.
Using it in Meta Ads or Google Ads
- Location targeting. When building an ad set, type the top cities/districts from the table as locations. Start with the areas that together bring 70–80% of customers; the rest usually just burns budget.
- Lookalike audiences. Press Download audience CSV. The file contains only a
phonecolumn in international format — exactly what Meta's Custom Audience upload accepts. Once uploaded, create a 1–3% Lookalike Audience: Meta finds the people most similar to your customers.
The ads do not go to the numbers you upload. That list is only a seed; the ads reach new people with a similar profile — neighbours, parents in the same estate. For one-off services such as circumcision, also exclude existing customers from the ad (tick "exclude" on the same audience) so budget is not wasted. Meta needs roughly 100+ numbers matched to Meta accounts to build a Lookalike; while your list is small, location targeting from the district ranking is already strong enough. - Empty areas. Districts that rank high but have no branch or service yet are expansion candidates or your next ad location.
If you also use ad tracking, chat conversions keep flowing to Meta/Google as before — together: areas from customer data, conversions from chats.
If an address cannot be read
The Unreadable addresses figure means the AI could not pin down the area — usually the address is too short ("Mrs Ani's house") or misspelled. Fix it in the Area column of the Contacts table; saving a new address re-maps it automatically.
