I want to know whether customers were happy after being served
One button question at the end of the service — answers land in your Feedback rack together with the reason.

After a customer has been served, one simple question is worth a lot: "How was your experience?" The trouble is that it rarely gets asked — and when it is asked through a form link, it rarely gets answered.
WACO asks it inside WhatsApp, as buttons. The customer taps one; the answer goes straight to your Feedback page, along with the reason if they care to type one.
What you need first
- A Meta-approved template with buttons. Create it on the Templates page: write the question, then add up to three quick-reply buttons — for example Happy 😊, Okay, Not great 😕. Meta usually approves within a working day.
- Turn it on in Feedback. In the Rating & survey card, pick the template — the button texts fill themselves in, so they can never be mistyped — then set the score for each button (highest = happiest).
- Decide when it goes out. On the Reminders page, add a rule using that template on whichever day after the visit suits you, for example day 14.
What happens next
- The customer taps a button → the answer is recorded in Feedback with a ⭐ badge and its score, and a note appears in their conversation so agents see it too.
- If ask for a recommendation is on, WACO follows up with one Yes / No button question ("would you recommend us?"). The answer attaches to the same rating row and shows in the summary — customers who type "yes"/"no" are counted too.
- If ask for the reason is on, WACO replies with one short question; the customer's next message is stored as the reason on the same row.
- Low scores land in the complaint rack automatically, so they follow the same follow-up flow you already use: new → in progress → done.
- The AI Operator deliberately stays quiet during this exchange — no robot reply in the middle of someone rating you.
Worth knowing up front
- Ratings only go to customers whose visit is already marked done — that is how day-N rules work.
- Only button taps count. Someone typing "happy" in passing is not counted as a rating, so the numbers stay clean.
- The summary on the Feedback page uses the last 30 days.
