I need to forward what a customer sent to another number
Type /teruskan 0812… in a private note — the last message and its attachments move to that number’s conversation.
2 min read
Sometimes what is in one conversation needs to reach someone else: a parent on a different number, a colleague handling another branch, or the relative who pays the bill. Copying it out through a personal WhatsApp loses the trail from the shared inbox.
How
In the conversation you want to forward from, write a private note (not a reply) containing:
/teruskan 081234567890— forwards the last incoming message from the customer, attachments included (up to three files)./teruskan 081234567890 Hi, here is the follow-up schedule— sends the text you typed.
It is sent through the destination number's own conversation, not some hidden channel. Other agents see what went out, replies come back to the same inbox, and a note marks where it came from.
Limits
- The destination number must have chatted before with your business number. If not, WACO says so in the result note — start that conversation first (with a template, for example).
- If the destination last chatted more than 24 hours ago, WhatsApp refuses free text. That is Meta's rule, not ours; use a template to reopen the window.
- The command runs through the AI Operator, so it is available on accounts where the AI Operator
is installed — same as
/menu,/bayar, and/formulir.
