Guides/Getting started
Connected — so what does using it day to day look like?
The daily and monthly rhythm: replying, resolving, broadcasting and reading your reports.

Every day
- Reply from the inbox — every channel (WhatsApp, Instagram, live chat) arrives in one place. Replying to an incoming chat needs no template as long as it happens within 24 hours of the customer's last message — when you need a template and when you do not.
- Mark conversations resolved when they are finished — the inbox stays tidy and it stays obvious what is still open; here is the flow.
- Watch for new-customer alerts — if your phone gets an alert from us, a prospective customer has been waiting more than 10 minutes.
Every week
- Read the Monday morning report — every Monday we email a summary: how many chats came in, how many new customers, how many from ads. You do not need to open a dashboard to know the business is moving.
- Tidy your contact book — import customers from Excel once, use it many times for broadcasts; contact book guide.
Every month (or when needed)
- Broadcast — promotions, invoice reminders, announcements to many customers at once using approved templates (no risk of being blocked): how to broadcast properly.
- Check Usage & Billing — Meta's per-message costs and your subscription status are always transparent; how to read the costs.
- Protect your number quality — if the rating drops from green, deal with it while it is still amber.
An unpaid invoice suspends the service — chats stop arriving until it is settled. We always warn you by email before that happens; the full sequence is here.
