My service is suspended, or WhatsApp messages have stopped arriving
What happens when an invoice goes unpaid, and how everything comes back.
2 min read
If a subscription invoice goes unpaid, the service passes through several stages, and we email you before each one. Nothing happens without warning.
The timeline
- 3 days before the due date, a first reminder by email.
- Past the due date, a warning email listing the dates that matter.
- 7 days overdue, the service is suspended: the dashboard locks, the API refuses requests, and incoming WhatsApp messages stop arriving for the duration. Your data and your entire conversation history stay safe.
- 15 days overdue, a final warning: 15 more days until permanent termination.
- 30 days overdue, the service is terminated permanently and the data is deleted in line with the terms of service.
How to bring it back
Pay the invoice. That is the whole procedure. Portal login keeps working during suspension precisely for this reason, and the Billing page stays open. Once the payment reaches us, everything recovers automatically within minutes: dashboard, API, incoming messages, and the AI Operator. Nobody needs to be contacted and there is no reactivation fee.
Before the suspension stage: during the 7-day grace period everything runs normally. Pay within that window and nothing is ever interrupted. Paying 6 or 12 months in advance from the Billing page removes the monthly question entirely.
What is terminated on day 30 cannot be recovered, because the data is gone. If you intend to stop subscribing, tell us and we will close it properly. Do not let an account die by going unpaid.
