Your subscription is about to lapse and you would rather pay from your phone than open the portal.

Renew your WACO subscription straight from WhatsApp: write "perpanjang" to the WACO number, pick a 1 / 6 / 12-month package, scan the QRIS sent into the chat, done — the active period is extended immediately. 2 min read

From the phone number verified in the portal (Settings → phone number, or at OTP login), send perpanjang to the WACO WhatsApp number — the same number that sends your OTP codes.
WACO replies with the account name, its active-until date, and three package buttons: 1, 6, and 12 months (6 and 12 are discounted). Prices are computed for your account: base subscription plus extra numbers and the AI Operator if you have them, so the buttons show what is actually billed. A number holding several accounts is asked which one first.
Tap a package. WACO sends a QRIS image with the total (VAT included) and a 30-minute expiry. Scan it from any bank or e-wallet app.
Once paid, the active period is extended from the current end date and WACO confirms in the same chat. The invoice and receipt remain available under portal → Billing.

Number not linked to an account? WACO replies with instructions to verify the number (existing accounts) or a signup link. Card payments and USD billing stay in the portal.

Invoice reminders on WhatsApp

Monthly invoices are also announced on WhatsApp to verified phone numbers: three days before the due date and when the service is suspended (emails continue as well, including the overdue notice). The message carries no QR — gateway QR codes live only about 10 minutes — but a Kirim QRIS button: tap it when you are ready to pay and a fresh QR for that invoice is sent right away. Type qris at any time to request another.
